fresh, natural pork is grown and processed nearly

come from nationally famous
purveyor Anne Buck of Buck's
Fifth Avenue in Olympia,WA.

facilities, The Beautiful Pig
seasons with artisan sea salts,
the finest herbs and spices, and
European wines, never using any
artificial flavors or short cuts.
Charcutier Christopher Leach has carefully chosen
wines from each region of Europe to represent the
terroir of the individual salami traditions, while
faithfully updating those recipes to the American
palate.
